Beridi Secures Financial Backing from European Investment Bank and Private Investors

We are pleased to announce that Beridi has successfully secured a new injection of capital from the European Investment Bank (EIB). This significant financial backing is a testament to the confidence and trust in our innovative technologies and the future of our company.

In addition to the EIB, two strategic partners are set to join under the same conditions in the coming months. This phase of capital investment has been structured as a Convertible Loan, which will pave the way for the inclusion of new partners in a subsequent Equity round. This future Equity round aims to attract top-tier investors and is expected to close during 2024.

This financial support will enable Beridi to accelerate the development and deployment of our cutting-edge technologies in the offshore wind and renewable energy sectors.
